AI agents that actually know your business

Generic AI gives generic answers. Industry-specific AI agents trained on your own data are a fundamentally different proposition.

Ask ChatGPT "what should I do about my stalled deal pipeline?" and you'll get a list of generic sales tips. Ask a Komilfo AI agent the same question and it queries your actual deal data, identifies which specific deals have been stuck the longest, flags the reps with the worst conversion rates, and recommends concrete next actions — on your real numbers.

What makes an AI agent 'industry-specific'

Two things: context injection and domain language. When a Komilfo AI agent answers a question, it starts with a system prompt that includes your industry, your company name, your terminology, and a summary of your current data state. A healthcare AI agent knows what an ePRF is. A legal agent knows what WIP and matter mean. A construction agent knows what a BOQ is.

Industry-specific AI is not about fine-tuning a model. It's about giving a powerful general model the right context so it reasons correctly about your specific situation.

Connected to live data

Every agent in Komilfo reads directly from your live database. No exports, no CSVs, no stale data. When you ask "what's my cash flow situation?", the finance agent queries your actual invoices, payments, and outstanding balances right now — not last week's export.

Human-in-the-loop design

Agents recommend and draft — they don't act unilaterally. When an agent suggests sending a follow-up email to a stalled deal, it drafts the email and shows it to you. You hit send. The agent's job is to surface insights and reduce the cognitive load of your work, not to replace your judgment.
